The following terms govern the use of this website.

2. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we make no warranties or guarantee in relation to the performance, completeness, merchantability, fitness for purpose, freedom from computer virus, accuracy or availability of this web site or any other web site which may be referred to on this site.

3. Whilst we try to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may at times occur. We do not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.

4. This website is governed by, and is to be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand.

1. Subject to paragraphs 6, 7 and 8, we warrant that products purchased online using this site will:

   1. Be fit for the purpose for which they could reasonably be expected to have been used when purchased.
   2. Accommodate all reasonable fair wear and tear.
   3. Be compliant with the terms of the document issued by the Department of Building and Housing titled “Compliance Document for New Zealand Building Code Clause 2 Durability”.

2. The warranty (“warranty”) in paragraph 5:

   1. Applies for the period of 5 years from the date the product was purchased by you.
   2. Does not apply where the product:
   • Has not been installed in a manner approved by us; or
   • Has been subject to deliberate or other misuse (negligent or otherwise).

3. Any claim under the warranty is limited to replacement cost of the product to be replaced.

4. For the avoidance of doubt, we are not liable for any consequential damage or loss arising from any breach of the warranty.

5. If the product is acquired by you for business purposes you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to you or the product.

6. Subject to paragraph 9, these terms are otherwise subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.

1. All goods are priced in New Zealand dollars. For New Zealand delivery addresses, all prices are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices include the cost of packaging & delivery unless otherwise stated.

2. All cash sales must be paid in full and in cleared funds before we dispatch the product to you.

3. Products displayed on our website shopping areas can be purchased using a secured payment gateway transaction facility online using Visa, Mastercard or American Express. You can be confident that as far as practicable all of your details are protected by security mechanisms and are used only for the purposes of the transaction. We do not store any credit card details.

1. The products remain at our risk until delivery to the Customer.

2. Delivery of products shall be deemed complete when we, or any agent including a manufacturer, gives possession of the product directly to you or possession of the product is given to a carrier, courier, or other bailee for purposes of transmission to you.

3. The time agreed for delivery shall not be an essential term of the contract unless you gives written notice to us making time of the essence.

4. You will ensure that we are provided with reasonable access to the delivery address together with adequate room for unloading. You indemnify us against all costs and liabilities we incur with or arising out of the delivery or in unloading.

1. Once an order has been accepted by us, it can only be cancelled, varied or suspended (whether in whole or in part) upon the following terms and conditions:

   • No cancellation, variation or suspension will be effective or recognised unless, and only to the extent that we agree in writing to such cancellation, variation or suspension;
   • You agree to accept delivery of all product held by us in respect of such order and all product in transit to or subsequently delivered to us for such order;
   • You agree to pay all costs, expenses and liabilities incurred by us in consequence of the cancellation, variation or suspension of the order.
